I am so excited to join the amazing team at The Ark Preschool as the new 4’s teacher! I’m a proud Glenbard West graduate, but my family and I didn’t move back to the area until 2020. Two of my youngest children are Ark graduates, so becoming a teacher here feels like such a special, full-circle moment. I’m thrilled to share the same love, care, and encouragement with your family that meant so much to mine.
As a former teacher and a decade-long room parent volunteer, I have always loved creating meaningful, hands-on experiences for children. Whether I’m planning a fun classroom activity, designing a craft with my Cricut, or finding creative ways to make learning come to life, I enjoy bringing energy, imagination, and joy into everything I do.
A fun fact about me is that I used to own a cookie business, and I still love baking just for fun—my family certainly doesn’t mind being my taste-testers! Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and I’m excited to share that passion with my students through teaching, crafting, celebrating milestones, and making everyday moments special.
When I’m not in the classroom, kitchen, or crafting corner, you can find me traveling, hosting get-togethers with family and friends, planning over-the-top celebrations for my kids, or floating in my pool during the summer months. I can’t wait to get to know all of you and make this a wonderful year of learning, laughter, and growth together!
